Been a tenant in one of their properties for few years now, their response to maintenance problems has been spot on. Never had an issue with them. Very helpful.

Great customer service. As a landlord myself i have never had an issue with them charging me for silly little things like the other agencies do. From the start to finish everything ran smoothly in order to rent my property. Great knowledge of HMO regulations.

Would recommend Melanie Estates If you want that personal service. Great communication throughout and it's nice being able to deal with the same person unlike the bigger corporate estate agents. Would use again for another property.

Can't fault the service I have received. Alex & his team are always on hand to help with any issues as well as advise me how to best capitalise on my investments. Melanie Estates have always rented my properties & have been quality - treating my properties with respect as if they were their own. All the health & safety as well as other legislative requirements have been taken care of swiftly - especially when it comes to my licensed HMOs. Very satisfied customer!
