We know communicating helps reassure so here’s our latest update for you:

SELLING – if you’re selling your home right now, you’ve probably noticed viewings dropping off over the last week or so – this is perfectly normal. When people are uncertain of the immediate future, they are reluctant to make decisions and do anything to change their current status quo. Don’t worry – the buyers who really need to move, will still view. The browsers may stay away for a few months. With the Government slashing the interest rate, some buyers may feel there’s never been a better time to buy. There is currently no real benefit to taking your home off the market right now, so stick with it, but review the situation often with your agent.

BUYING – less competition from other buyers + interest rates at a record low – could this be the perfect time to buy your dream home? Maybe you live overseas and can’t travel right now.
