“Every cake you bake, every cuppa you make and every pound you raise can make a huge difference to families facing Dementia.”
We decorated our new offices at Cringleford Business Centre for the occasion and covered desks with cakes and other sweet treats. The coffee was brewing, and our team were all donning their Dementia UK stickers – even our Branch Manager, Caroline, wore a “Showstopper” badge with pride! All that was left was to welcome our guests.
The coffee morning was a brilliant opportunity to introduce ourselves to our new neighbours, such as Face to Face Finance, Fitness Space Norwich, and Just Recruitment, who all came along for a cuppa, a bit of cake, and to support the amazing cause.
Overall, we managed to raise just under £180 for Dementia UK, which we are incredibly proud of. Did you know that just £70 can help to fund an Admiral Nurse for two hours in the evening – helping carers in crisis when other sources of support have closed for the night? We are delighted that we have been able to make even the slightest contribution to this brilliant charity.
Although our event is now over, our JustGiving page remains open if you would like to make a donation. Every little can help!
